Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Library Administrator to enhance our library services in Guildford. The successful candidate will manage collections, staff coordination, and community outreach to foster a love for reading and learning.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration of library technology for resource management.
  • Promote literacy and learning through engaging library programs.
  • Assist with collection development and inventory management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on library systems and resources.
  • Develop promotional materials to highlight library activities and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with library policies and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Library Science or Information Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in library and information services
