Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Contract Negotiation Manager, where you will spearhead the negotiation of contracts while partnering with internal teams to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate negotiations for high-value contracts.
  • Review and revise contracts to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contract documents.
  • Provide legal advice on contract issues and implications.
  • Work closely with the procurement team to ensure alignment.
  • Evaluate changes in legislation affecting contract management.
  • Engage with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to support business objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Law or Business
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
