Job Description

We are on the lookout for an innovative Education Program Developer to lead the creation of impactful educational experiences. This role involves collaborating with educators and stakeholders to design curricula that foster inquiry and promote critical thinking skills among students.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualisation and implementation of educational strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that educational offerings are accessible and inclusive for all learners.
• Monitor and report on the performance of educational initiatives.
• Participate in educational conferences and workshops to represent Kingswood.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects that enhance educational service quality.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that promote educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program development
