Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Language Coach to join our team in Oldham. In this role, you will work with students to enhance their language skills and build their confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. You will develop tailored lesson plans and provide supportive feedback, ensuring a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions for students.
• Create personalized learning plans based on student goals and progress.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching methods and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Liaise with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and achievements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Linguistics or a related field is preferred
• Advanced teaching certifications are a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in language teaching or coaching
