Job Description

We are searching for a UI/UX Researcher to join our dynamic team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will focus on understanding user needs, conducting research, and providing insights to shape the design process. Your insights will be pivotal in creating user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
• Work alongside product managers to identify key user pain points.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
• Establish best practices for user research within the team.
• Contribute to the development of the design system by gathering user feedback.
• Collaborate on A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Take part in community outreach to engage users in the research process.
• Maintain a repository for research findings and insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX research
