Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate chemical processes.
• Monitor and analyse process performance to ensure efficiency.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Formulate strategies for waste reduction and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate on research projects with academic institutions.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors for material acquisition.
• Implement best practices in process safety management.
• Deliver presentations on project progress to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in chemical engineering
