Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Newcastle, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maximize the value of our offerings. You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success, liaising closely with both internal teams and clients to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Act as an advocate for customers internally, providing feedback to product and service teams.
  • Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to facilitate customer education initiatives.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and report findings to management.
  • Foster community among customers through events and webinars.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support
