Job Description
As a Poker Supervisor at XYZ Casino, you will oversee all aspects of the poker room, managing staff and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations while maintaining player relations.
Responsibilities
Actively supervise poker game operations and ensure all rules are adhered to.
Lead the poker room team in delivering excellent customer service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the poker room.
Assist in developing marketing strategies for the poker room.
Stay updated on gaming regulations and trends to inform best practices.
Conduct performance reviews for poker staff.

Troubleshoot and resolve player issues effectively.
Requirements
Education
NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality or Gaming Management
Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a casino or poker environment
