Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery that secures products for shipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure our production line runs smoothly, meeting high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust strapping machines for different product sizes.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs when possible.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipments.
• Participate in safety meetings and compliance training.
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and supplies.
• Adhere to environmental standards and best practices.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement in packaging procedures.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production performance.
• Assist in the development of new packaging processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating packaging machinery is preferred.
