Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shell Plater to join our team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for applying various plating materials to metal shells, ensuring high-quality finishes that resist corrosion and enhance aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plating quality and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions aimed at optimizing processes.
• Ensure all plating processes are performed in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports on production efficiency and plating outcomes for management review.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or technical certification is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in plating or related field.

• Electroplating

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in maintaining plating equipment: Experience with troubleshooting and repairing plating processes.
