Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work with various hardware and software issues, aiming to resolve problems efficiently and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Support IT infrastructure and ensure systems are up-to-date.
  • Assist with network configuration and maintenance.
  • Provide backup and recovery solutions for data protection.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Train users on new system features and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT staff on projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical support
