Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and ensuring a clean and organized therapy environment.

Responsibilities

• Help therapists with patient assessments to understand individual needs.
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing therapy.
• Assist in educating patients about their therapy routines and home exercises.
• Monitor patient reactions during therapy exercises for safety.
• Manage administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and updating records.
• Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for patients and their families.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical Therapy Aide certification is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment is an advantage.
