Job Description
We are on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and ensuring a clean and organized therapy environment.
Responsibilities
Help therapists with patient assessments to understand individual needs.
Provide emotional support to patients undergoing therapy.
Assist in educating patients about their therapy routines and home exercises.
Monitor patient reactions during therapy exercises for safety.
Manage administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and updating records.
Facilitate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for patients and their families.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Therapy Aide certification is preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment is an advantage.
