We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Top Cager for our basketball team. This role is pivotal in leading the team to success while ensuring optimal performance both individually and collectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team drills and skill development sessions.

• Work closely with medical staff to manage player injuries.
• Implement performance metrics and analytics to improve gameplay.
• Engage with the community and represent the team at events.
• Initiate team-building activities to strengthen camaraderie.

• Adapt coaching techniques based on team dynamics and player needs.

Requirements

Education

• Coaching qualifications or certifications in sports management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of coaching experience or professional playing experience
