Cybersecurity Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Edinburgh team. You will play a key role in assessing and mitigating security risks for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, along with hands-on experience in implementing security measures to protect systems and data.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate security technologies and tools.
• Develop risk management frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness.
• Review and enhance existing security strategies and policies.
• Work alongside compliance teams to ensure regulations are met.
• Support incident investigations and forensics as required.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity or risk management role
