Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our dynamic Glasgow team. You will provide expert technical support to our clients, resolve issues, and ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related troubles.
  • Identify and escalate support requests that require advanced technical assistance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees regarding IT setup.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT assets and configurations.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to address system-wide issues.
  • Help maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of help desk or technical support experience
