Responsibilities
Execute quality control tests and maintain equipment calibration.
Enhance analytical techniques and workflows to improve efficiency.
Prepare and present technical reports on research findings.
Contribute to the design and execution of experiments for new product development.
Work effectively within a team to achieve project deadlines and goals.
Support training and mentorship for junior staff members.
Advantageous
Experience with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, GLP): Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical software tools: Experience using tools like ChemDraw and Empower Chromatography Software.
