Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Seam Rubbing Machine Operator to join our vibrant team. The operator will be responsible for running and maintaining seam rubbing machines to ensure excellent fabric finishes. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Run seam rubbing machines with precision to enhance product quality.
• Identify and address defects in fabrics during production.
• Adjust and calibrate machines for different fabric types.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.
• Keep detailed logs of production and machine performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards in the workplace.
• Work with colleagues to achieve production goals.
• Have proactive discussions about process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with machine operation experience.

Languages
