Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic search traffic and improving search rankings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and track KPIs to measure the success of SEO campaigns.
• Conduct audits of existing content and make recommendations for improvements.
• Work with the social media team to ensure SEO is integrated into social strategies.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on SEO principles.
• Engage in A/B testing to optimize website elements affecting SEO.
• Develop a strategy for improving local SEO efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
