Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee our social media strategy, enhancing brand awareness and driving website traffic. The role involves developing engaging content, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics and conversations.
  • Collect feedback from social media users to enhance strategies.
  • Report on social media performance to management.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on social media techniques.
  • Work with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Advanced diploma or certification in Social Media Marketing is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
