As a Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be pivotal in creating visually appealing displays that capture customer attention and enhance the shopping experience. You will work closely with the merchandising team to implement seasonal promotions and ensure that our store reflects current trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative merchandising strategies for various product categories.
• Collaborate with marketing to align visual displays with promotional campaigns.
• Utilise customer analytics to inform visual display decisions.
• Ensure all displays are well-maintained and reflect brand standards.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform visual merchandising strategies.
• Lead visual merchandising projects from concept to execution.
• Report on the performance of visual merchandising initiatives and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors for sourcing display materials.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Visual Merchandising or related field
• Degree in Marketing or Business is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in retail merchandising or design

Certifications

• Retail Merchandising Certification

Languages
