Job Description

We are hiring an Off Track Betting Manager to oversee operations at our betting facility. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure compliance with laws, and implement strategies to drive business growth in the competitive betting landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the betting facility's operations and ensure its profitable performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and responsible gambling practices.
  • Lead staff training initiatives and ensure all staff are equipped to handle customer needs.
  • Implement promotional strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Compile and present financial performance reports to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners in the racing industry.
  • Continuously evaluate the operational processes for possible improvement.
  • Handle customer disputes and issues with professionalism.
  • Supervise the smooth transition of betting technology and software.
  • Ensure that the facility meets health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Sports Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in betting facility operations or management.
