Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Protective Signal Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to various security signals and alarms to ensure the safety and protection of our premises and assets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming signals from security systems.
  • Quickly determine the nature of each signal and take appropriate action.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and authorities as necessary.
  • Maintain precise records of all incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Adhere to strict protocols and company procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and drills for staff.
  • Document security incidents and follow up on necessary actions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the security industry.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in CCTV systems
  • Incident Reporting Software

  • Interpersonal Skills
Certifications
  • Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
  • Basic First Aid and CPR Certification
Languages
