Responsibilities

• Conduct jewelry repairs and modifications efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the manufacturing process of jewelry pieces, including casting, soldering, stone setting, and polishing.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to complete jewelry production tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with designers to translate their concepts into feasible jewelry designs.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and maintain inventory control.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working with jewelry materials and equipment.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians when necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technological advancements in jewelry manufacturing.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in jewelry design or manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a jewelry-making environment.
