Training and Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Grease Packer to join our team. The role involves packing grease products in compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training modules on workplace safety and compliance.
• Monitor and assess the performance of employees post-training to ensure skill retention.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants for future training.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with external training providers to enhance internal learning opportunities.
• Develop e-learning content and utilise learning management systems for training delivery.
• Create a library of relevant training materials accessible to all employees.
• Lead workshops and seminars to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor to junior training staff and interns.
• Ensure all training activities comply with applicable laws and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Master's degree in Training and Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles
