We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee our demand planning process. The role involves developing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimising inventory levels to better serve our customers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in demand planning and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the demand planning function within the company.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Utilise advanced demand planning software to generate accurate forecasts.
• Establish key performance indicators to measure demand planning effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to manage lead times and optimise inventory.
• Analyse complex data sets to drive decision-making processes.
• Conduct training for team members on best practices in demand planning.
• Participate in regular meetings with executive management to report on demand planning outcomes.
• Drive initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing demand planning processes

Certifications

• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages
