Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Inspector to manage compliance with health and safety regulations across various farms. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of agricultural practices to foster a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of agricultural operations to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Develop training materials for farm staff to enhance safety awareness.
• Assess risks associated with machinery and farm practices, implementing necessary controls.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing inspection findings and recommended actions.
• Assist in the design of emergency procedures and responses to incidents on farms.
• Encourage participation in health and safety initiatives across the agricultural community.

Requirements

Education

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• Additional qualifications in health, safety or environmental management are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in conducting health and safety audits is preferred.
