Job Description

The Industrial Engineering Technologist will support the engineering teams in developing, testing, and maintaining engineering projects. You will ensure that our products are efficient, high quality, and meet industry standards. This role requires collaboration with various teams to identify and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine quality assessments of products.
  • Support project management with scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and report on findings.
  • Help in digitalizing project workflows for efficiency.
  • Ensure effective communication between all engineering functions.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field
  • A Master's degree is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering roles, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
