Healthcare Administrator

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Healthcare Administrator to support our Coventry facility. In this role, you'll oversee office operations and assist healthcare professionals in ensuring a seamless experience for patients. Strong organizational skills and an understanding of healthcare systems are a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the scheduling of patient appointments and follow-up care.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and patient confidentiality.
• Assist with the financial operations of the practice.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Manage communication and correspondence within the practice.
• Assist in the development of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on healthcare
• MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative role

Technical Skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Data Analysis

• Certified Healthcare Manager (CHM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
