Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic research team in Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Monitor trial progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site personnel and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance and provide support.
  • Implement best practices to enhance trial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze trial data and provide insights to improve future studies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical operations role with demonstrated project management skills
