The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
• Monitor trial progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for site personnel and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance and provide support.
• Implement best practices to enhance trial efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze trial data and provide insights to improve future studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical operations role with demonstrated project management skills
