Responsibilities

  • Lead data management activities across multiple clinical trials.
  • Review and approve data management plans and protocols.
  • Implement process improvements for efficient data handling.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical and statistical teams.
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Generate reports for stakeholders on data quality and progress.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.
  • Assist in the development of electronic data capture systems.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide mentorship to junior data management staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biostatistics or Epidemiology
  • Master's in a related field is highly desirable
Experience
  • Experience with EDC systems and data management software preferred
