As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor, you will lead our pharmacy team, ensuring operational efficiency while promoting a patient-centred approach to healthcare. We are looking for someone with significant pharmacy experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the pharmacy team to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate pharmacy services for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between the pharmacy and other healthcare departments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Additional certifications in pharmacy management is an asset

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations
