Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Pharmacist to join our dedicated team at PharmaCare Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients on medication therapy, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Monitor patient compliance with prescribed medication regimens.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is advantageous.
