Job Description

As a Repair Supervisor, you will oversee repair operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled technicians, driving excellence in all repair processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of repair technicians.
  • Adapt operations to meet varying workload demands.
  • Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist with the evaluation and performance reviews of team members.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff.
  • Analyze repair trends to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of repair parts and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Management certification is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
