Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P)

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Biomass Plant Technicians to join our team. The successful candidates will have hands-on experience with heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all medical protocols are followed during transport.
• Collaborate with paramedics and other medical professionals.
• Evaluate and prioritise patient care based on urgency.
• Provide reassurance to patients and families during emergencies.
• Maintain knowledge of various medical conditions and treatment options.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of emergency response protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a Paramedic program
• Valid registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

Experience

• Experience in emergency medical services preferred

Certifications

• ACLS Certification
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specialised patient populations: Experience dealing with paediatric or geriatric patients.
• Additional certifications: Certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
