Installation Technician

Job Description

As an Installation Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be at the forefront of our engineering projects, responsible for the installation, testing, and support of various systems and equipment. Your role will involve hands-on work, collaborating with a skilled team to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans.
• Work closely with engineers for system layout and functionality.
• Train clients on system operation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the integration of new technology into existing systems.
• Ensure all installations adhere to company standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• HNC/HND in Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant technical experience in installation roles

Technical Skills

• Understanding of HVAC systems
• Experience with tools and machinery

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Customer service

Certifications

• IET Wiring Regulations Certification
• Relevant technical certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with renewable energy systems: Knowledge of solar panel and other renewable systems installations.
• Familiarity with diagnostics software: Experience using diagnostic tools and software for technical analysis.
