Job Description

We are on the lookout for skilled Structural Iron and Steel Workers who take pride in their craftsmanship. In this role, you will create and assemble metal structures that meet our clients' specifications while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
• Test completed structures for durability and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers throughout the construction process.
• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
• Manage inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Keep up with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• No specific educational qualifications required, but an apprenticeship in metalsmithing or a related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with custom metalwork or artistic metal designs is beneficial.
