Job Description

As a Roller Checker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our roller products. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality checks on roller products at various stages of production.
  • Identify defects during inspections and escalate issues promptly.
  • Utilise both manual and automated inspection techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in inspection areas.
  • Communicate effectively with production teams about quality issues.
  • Help develop training materials for quality assurance practices.
  • Keep up to date with industry best practices for quality control.
  • Engage in problem-solving discussions with the team on quality challenges.
  • Utilise statistical process control techniques when appropriate.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the inspection process.

Requirements

Education
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience
  • Prior experience in quality control or inspection in manufacturing is advantageous.
