Job Description

Join our committed team as a Forest Firefighter, where your main task will be to prevent and respond to wildfires. You will conduct assessments and work with other agencies to ensure our forests are safeguarded.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor environmental conditions to anticipate fire outbreaks.
  • Engage in team training and community outreach on fire prevention.
  • Collaborate with local authorities for emergency preparedness.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during fire fighting operations.
  • Document and maintain records of fire incidents and safety checks.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational qualification in firefighting or forestry is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in wildfire fighting or forestry work is advantageous.
