• Follow blueprints and specifications closely for accurate setups.
• Ensure that molds are in optimal condition before use.
• Work with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality.
• Monitor production processes to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for process enhancements.
• Train and develop junior staff members in safe working practices.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent
• Additional certifications in manufacturing processes are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CAD software proficiency
• PLC knowledge

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages
