We're seeking an IT Project Lead to guide our technology initiatives. Your role will be crucial in coordinating efforts between project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to improve processes.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across IT projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of experience managing IT projects

• Microsoft Project
• JIRA

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
