Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales efforts, ensuring that our sales team is supported with accurate data and efficient processes. You will liaise with various departments, manage sales reporting, and assist in driving strategic initiatives that optimise sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report on sales KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of new sales strategies.
  • Maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new sales personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support or operations role
