Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our ski molding team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in creating top-quality skis, ensuring every product meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain ski molds using detailed specifications.
• Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments.
• Assist in the development of new ski designs by providing feedback from the molding process.
• Communicate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
• Participate in training sessions to develop new skills related to ski molding.
• Identify potential problems in the production line and advocate for solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Technical qualification in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in ski molding or manufacturing environment.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ski materials and design.: Understanding of the materials used in ski manufacturing.
