We are seeking a passionate Wellness Program Director to lead our health initiatives in Doncaster. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage wellness programs that cater to various community needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build partnerships and promote health education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of innovative wellness programs.
• Engage with community members to understand health needs and preferences.
• Develop training materials and workshops for staff and community partners.
• Analyze community health data to inform program strategies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to wellness program staff.
• Coordinate with local health departments for compliance and support.
• Create promotional materials to increase program visibility.
• Assess program outcomes and report findings to senior management.
• Organize wellness challenges and programs that encourage participation.
• Develop partnerships with schools and local governments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in wellness program management
