Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead our auditing team in Cambridge. This role involves overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior staff and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
  • Conduct audits in compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
  • Evaluate audit findings and recommend solutions for improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous

  • 5+ years of audit management experience
