Job Description

As a Reimbursement Specialist, you'll take charge of managing medical reimbursement claims with precision and care. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will be paramount in ensuring that our clients receive accurate reimbursements in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze reimbursement claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation for all communications with patients and providers.
• Stay current with changes in insurance policies and reimbursement guidelines.
• Collate feedback from clients to improve service delivery and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in medical billing/reimbursement

Technical Skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Insurance Knowledge

• Customer Service
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
