Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our Leeds clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing excellent patient care. In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and promote health education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead patient care teams and coordinate patient services.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with common health issues and concerns.
  • Provide care in various settings, including clinics and community outreach programs.
  • Advocate for patients' health needs and rights.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to improve patient care processes.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and protocols in clinical care.
  • Guide and mentor junior nursing staff as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Certification in a Nurse Practitioner specialty is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
