Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various manufacturing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs, including tool changes and adjustments.
• Review job specifications and make necessary machine settings.
• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Report all production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Engage in continuous training and development for skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational or technical certification in manufacturing

Experience

• Experience in the medical device industry is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols: Understanding of cleanroom manufacturing processes and standards.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles: Experience in projects that apply Six Sigma methodologies for quality control.
