Job Description

As a Plant Propagator, you will play a vital role in producing new plants through various propagation methods. You will work collaboratively in a team environment focusing on cultivating high-quality plants.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various propagation techniques to grow plants.
• Conduct regular plant health checks and report any issues.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in horticulture or plant science is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a commercial nursery or greenhouse is preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with greenhouse technology
• Experience with plant health monitoring

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Flexibility and adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in sustainable horticulture practices: Knowledge of environmentally friendly methods in plant propagation.
• Skills in training and mentoring staff: Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members.
