Job Description
As the Art Program Supervisor, you will lead innovative art initiatives and oversee various community projects in Motherwell. This role is pivotal in fostering creativity and engagement within the local community, making art accessible to all.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement innovative art programmes.
Lead community meetings to discuss arts initiatives.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in the arts community.
Address any challenges and streamline project workflow.
Create and maintain a calendar of events and activities.
Actively participate in community events to promote arts education.
Mentor volunteers and interns involved in art initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Arts Management or related area
Master's degree in Arts Education or related field is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in arts programming or similar roles
