Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Education Program Analyst to join our dedicated team at Kingswood. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving educational programmes, ensuring they meet the needs of our learners. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on trends in educational practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational programmes on learner engagement and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Assist in the design of training materials and resources for educational staff.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for programme improvement.
• Maintain relationships with external education partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in educational programme analysis or similar roles
